A premium interior doesn't start with the furniture or the budget. It starts with the person.
From conversation. From mindfulness. From understanding who you are and how you want to feel in your own home, in the interior we are about to create.
For me, design isn't just a profession. It's something more. It's a relationship with space and with other people. It's a huge responsibility for the emotions that will inhabit it for years to come.
For me, luxury isn't a show. It's silence, softness, harmony, and light.
Here are 7 decisions I make when creating a premium interior:
I always start with you.
I'm not starting with style. I'm asking how you relax. How you entertain guests. Do you need silence or energy? What your morning and evening routines are like.
A premium interior must be personal. If it doesn't tell your story, it's just pretty. And I'm not interested in "pretty." I'm interested in the real thing.
I choose quality that is not visible at first glance
Luxury lies in layers. In the construction of furniture. In the way curtains are sewn. In the quality and softness of fabric or wallpaper.
I work with brands that have been setting the highest quality standards for years – such as Dedar, Pierre Frey, Lelièvre, and Phillip Jeffries.
Their fabrics and wallpapers have depth. They work beautifully with light. They age gracefully and are timeless.
The touch of fabric is the first test of luxury for me.
3. I design with light
Light is emotion.
I create layers: soft light, indirect light, and spotlights. I ensure that in the evening the interior is enveloping, not blinding. I also ensure that the morning sun has room to enter.
A premium interior is never haphazardly lit. Light creates its rhythm and atmosphere.
4. I care about the sensuality of the space
Luxury is a multi-sensory experience.
A soft curtain that moves with an open window. A velvet headboard. The natural texture of linen under your fingers.
When designing, I think about how a space will be experienced, not just viewed. Sensuality doesn't mean exaggeration. It means delicacy and attentiveness.
5. I leave room to breathe
A premium interior needs silence between elements.
I don't overdo it. I don't add for effect. Sometimes the greatest luxury is a blank wall or one perfectly chosen piece of furniture instead of several compromises.
Experience has taught me that elegance often lies in moderation.
6. I focus on detail
The detail tells it all. A hand-finished pillow.
Perfectly draped curtain. Precise upholstery finish.
I dedicate a lot of time to them because I know they create the quality I feel every day. My love of design manifests itself in my patience for detail.
7. I'm thinking about the future of the interior
I don't design for a season. I design for years.
I wonder how the space will mature. How the materials will age. How the light will change. How the interior will accompany you through different stages of life.
A premium interior is an investment in comfort, peace and quality of everyday life.
What is luxury to me?
Luxury is harmony. It's a space where you can be yourself effortlessly.
It's not about the square footage or the show. It's about the atmosphere, which envelops and provides a sense of security.
If you feel like your interior should be more conscious, more refined, more yours – perhaps it's a good time for us to create it together.
I create premium interiors in Warsaw, Poland. As well as throughout Europe.
